Explore your options without creating a service request.

This notice explains the practical data flow behind the HVAC PM System Check, service requests, Jobber scheduling, and Client Hub.

What the free tool does before you submit

You can use the HVAC System Check and view a preliminary plan without entering a name, phone number, email address, or creating an account. System answers are sent to our server to calculate your preliminary estimate. This calculation does not create a service request. Selected photo files stay in your browser until you choose to submit the plan.

A result is educational and preliminary. It is not a completed inspection, diagnosis, booked appointment, or fixed proposal.

Information you may choose to send

A submitted plan may include your name, phone number, email address, property address, preferred timing, notes, existing-system details, selected options, the preliminary estimate snapshot, and optional equipment or installation photos.

If you reached HVAC PM through a tagged campaign, the lead record may include bounded UTM source, medium, campaign, term, content, and landing-page values. HVAC PM stores only an advertising-platform flag—not the raw Google or Microsoft click ID—in its lead record.

How HVAC PM uses that information

HVAC PM uses submitted information to respond to the request, prepare for a diagnostic or maintenance visit, evaluate warranty information, develop repair or installed-system options, arrange scheduling, maintain service records, and protect the service from abuse.

Submitting the plan authorizes contact about that property and request. It does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing and does not book a visit until timing and scope are confirmed.

Jobber, hosting, and payments

HVAC PM may send a submitted service request and related system details to Jobber, the workflow and Client Hub used for requests, appointments, quotes, invoices, payments, and service history. A direct scheduling link may pass supported UTM campaign tags to Jobber so the request source can be understood.

The website uses Cloudflare-hosted application, database, and file-storage services. HVAC PM does not collect card details on this website; payment and payment-method entry remain in Jobber's secure customer experience. Linked services operate under their own privacy and security terms.

Retention, sharing, and your choices

HVAC PM keeps service and lead information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, perform and document work, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or security obligations. Information is shared only with providers used to operate the service or when required by law; HVAC PM does not sell personal information.

Photos are optional. You may use the planning tool without submitting anything. To ask about access, correction or deletion, call (774) 482-2760 or use the service-request form and write “Privacy request” in the notes.
