Choose a path. You can get a broad result early, then add details only if they help.
No name, phone or email required to use the tool. Your answers become a request only if you choose to send the plan.
See the preventive-maintenance price list first, then choose the service that matches your furnace, AC, heat pump or mini-split. No questionnaire is required.

Choose your path
Start with the system you have. “Not sure” is always acceptable.

Focused selection
A few current manufacturer examples—not a catalog or a promise of a specific model. The Builder recommends a complete installed system after we understand yours.
For example, Carrier lists the Performance 18 AC (26TPA8) at up to 18 SEER2 and the Performance 96 gas furnace (59TP6) at up to 96.7% AFUE.
Bosch IDS Plus with R-454B offers fully modulating operation, up to 18 SEER2 and 8.5 HSPF2. Bosch also lists its BGH96 furnace for a verified dual-fuel pairing.
Goodman lists its R-32 GLXS5B AC at up to 16.5 SEER2 and GR9T96 two-stage gas furnace at up to 96% AFUE. The final matched components depend on the existing installation.
Replacing an 80% furnace with a 90%+ condensing model? The scope must also address new intake/exhaust venting, condensate routing and any shared-chimney conditions. The Builder asks about these before estimating.
Manufacturer ratings are “up to” values for example products. Actual efficiency, model availability, eligible combinations and installed price are confirmed for your home; photos illustrate a product series, not the exact quoted equipment.
Clear pricing philosophy
Preventive maintenance has published prices and no separate service-call fee. Diagnostic service, repair labor and parts are shown as separate scopes. Manufacturer-approved covered parts may have no part charge; diagnostic and labor terms remain separate. Replacement and upgrade estimates cover the complete installed system.
Model selection, materials, labor, access, venting, condensate, electrical, duct allowances, disposal and permit assumptions are considered together.
