Service prices,
without the mystery.

Use this guide to understand the likely service category before requesting a visit. Prices apply to standard equipment with normal access.

HOW REPAIR PRICING WORKS

Diagnosis, service labor and parts stay separate.

  1. 01

The first-hour diagnostic is a separate service that covers travel and troubleshooting; it does not include an unknown repair.

  2. 02

Published repair amounts are service and labor prices for the named scope. Parts, equipment and materials are itemized separately unless a line explicitly says they are included.

  3. 03

Additional labor is used only for approved work outside the named scope; HVAC PM confirms that price before the additional work begins.
