VALUE / REPLACEMENT

A practical replacement route.

Goodman lists its R-32 GLXS5B AC at up to 16.5 SEER2 and GR9T96 two-stage gas furnace at up to 96% AFUE. The final matched components depend on the existing installation.

Replacing an 80% furnace with a 90%+ condensing model? The scope must also address new approved venting, condensate routing and any shared-chimney conditions. The standard price covers the equipment and standard installation. Required conversion work is listed separately with starting prices, not silently added to the main range.

Manufacturer ratings are “up to” values for example products. Actual efficiency, model availability, eligible combinations and installed price are confirmed for your home; photos illustrate a product series, not the exact quoted equipment.

Preventive maintenance has published prices and no separate service-call fee. Diagnostic service, repair labor and parts are shown as separate scopes. Manufacturer-approved covered parts may have no part charge; diagnostic and labor terms remain separate. Replacement and upgrade ranges cover equipment and standard installation only. Additional work and accessories are listed separately; the final scope is approved before work.
